By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting samples, applying to become a distributor, or placing an order with Pineeon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

“Pineeon”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Pineeon, operated by Chudong Technology Ltd.

“You”, “your”, “buyer”, “customer”, “client”, “distributor”, or “partner” refers to any individual, company, organization, or business entity that accesses our website, submits an inquiry, requests samples, purchases products, or enters into business cooperation with us.

“Products” refers to smart electronics supplied by Pineeon, including but not limited to smart rings, AI voice mice, PC monitors, GPS trackers, AI smart devices, AI translators, AI glasses, USB DVD writers, optical storage devices, smart accessories, and related electronic products.

“Services” refers to product quotation, sample support, OEM/ODM customization, private-label support, distributor cooperation, technical communication, marketing support, after-sales communication, and other business services provided by Pineeon.

2. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational, product introduction, business inquiry, sample request, distributor application, and B2B cooperation purposes.

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
Attempt to damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the website or server.
Copy, reproduce, scrape, or misuse website content without written permission.
Submit false company information, fake inquiries, or misleading business details.
Use Pineeon’s name, logo, product images, or content without authorization.

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, layout, graphics, logos, icons, and downloadable materials, is owned by Pineeon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Product Information

Pineeon makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including specifications, images, functions, dimensions, packaging details, and application descriptions.

However, product information on the website is for reference only. Actual specifications, appearance, packaging, firmware, accessories, certification status, and available customization options may vary depending on product model, production batch, market requirements, and confirmed order agreement.

Pineeon reserves the right to update, improve, discontinue, or modify products without prior notice.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All prices, quotations, sample fees, bulk order prices, OEM/ODM charges, packaging costs, shipping costs, and other commercial terms are subject to written confirmation by Pineeon.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Quotations are valid only within the stated validity period.
Prices may vary based on product model, quantity, customization requirements, packaging, certification needs, exchange rate, raw material cost, and shipping method.
Quoted prices do not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, insurance, destination charges, or local compliance costs unless clearly stated.
A binding order is formed only after written confirmation, proforma invoice, payment arrangement, or mutually agreed purchase agreement.

Pineeon reserves the right to reject or revise quotations before order confirmation.

5. Sample Requests

Pineeon may provide product samples for B2B buyers to evaluate product quality, functions, compatibility, packaging, and market suitability before bulk order cooperation.

Sample availability, sample cost, sample preparation time, and shipping cost depend on product category, stock status, customization requirements, and destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Sample fees and shipping fees are usually paid by the buyer.
Customized samples may require additional cost and preparation time.
Sample cost may be deducted from a future bulk order only if agreed in writing.
Sample delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by logistics, customs, battery shipping rules, or other external factors.

Samples are provided for evaluation only and do not automatically guarantee bulk order pricing, exclusive rights, or long-term supply terms.

6. Orders and Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to Pineeon’s final acceptance and written confirmation.

Before production or shipment, the buyer is responsible for confirming:

Product model
Quantity
Unit price
Payment terms
Product specifications
Logo and branding details
Packaging requirements
User manual language
Certification requirements
Shipping method
Delivery address
Trade terms
Other special requirements

Once production has started, cancellation, modification, or reduction of the order may not be accepted unless approved by Pineeon in writing.

For OEM/ODM, private-label, or customized orders, the buyer must carefully review and approve all artwork, logo placement, packaging files, product configuration, and related specifications before production.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, or written agreement.

Standard B2B payment terms may include:

Sample order: full payment before shipment.
Bulk order: deposit before production and balance before shipment.
OEM/ODM order: development, tooling, packaging, or customization fees may be required before project start.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, online payment, or other methods confirmed by Pineeon.

Pineeon reserves the right to suspend production, shipment, customization, or delivery if payment is delayed, incomplete, or not received according to the agreed terms.

8. OEM/ODM and Private Label Customization

Pineeon provides OEM/ODM and private-label support depending on product type, order quantity, technical feasibility, and project requirements.

Customization may include:

Logo branding
Product color customization
Packaging design support
User manual customization
Language version adjustment
Product configuration selection
Firmware or app-related customization discussion
Product image and catalog content support

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that any submitted logo, brand name, trademark, design, packaging artwork, image, instruction content, or marketing claim does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Pineeon may refuse any customization request that involves infringement, misleading claims, unsafe usage, illegal content, or unreasonable technical requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All Pineeon trademarks, logos, product designs, website content, images, product descriptions, catalogs, marketing materials, and technical documents remain the property of Pineeon or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The buyer may not use, copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or publish Pineeon’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

For OEM/ODM projects:

Buyer-owned trademarks and logos remain the property of the buyer.
Pineeon may use buyer-provided materials only for the agreed project.
Custom-developed product structures, firmware, molds, design files, packaging templates, or technical solutions shall be governed by separate written agreement where applicable.

10. Certification and Compliance

Certification availability depends on product model, destination market, order quantity, and buyer requirements.

Pineeon may provide available certification documents such as CE, FCC, RoHS, or other product-related documents where applicable. However, the buyer is responsible for confirming whether the products meet all legal, import, safety, labeling, certification, wireless, battery, consumer protection, and tax requirements in the destination market.

If additional testing, certification, labeling, or compliance documentation is required for a specific country, related costs and lead time shall be discussed and agreed separately.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms, shipping methods, lead time, and logistics arrangements shall be confirmed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.
Risk of loss or damage may transfer according to the agreed trade terms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, or other agreed Incoterms.
The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, local delivery charges, and compliance requirements in the destination country.
Battery products, wireless products, and electronic devices may be subject to additional shipping rules or customs requirements.

Pineeon is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, logistics disruption, force majeure, incorrect delivery information, import restrictions, or buyer-side clearance issues.

12. Quality Inspection and Warranty

Pineeon conducts quality control before shipment, which may include appearance inspection, function testing, connectivity testing, battery and charging checks, packaging inspection, labeling checks, and batch-level review.

Warranty terms depend on product category and order agreement. In general, Pineeon smart electronics products may come with a 12–24 month warranty, subject to confirmed product type and written agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accident, water damage beyond product rating, unauthorized repair, modification, negligence, improper storage, abnormal voltage, or external force.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by shipping after risk transfer.
Problems caused by buyer-provided accessories, software, firmware, packaging, or instructions.
Products used outside agreed specifications or intended application.

For confirmed manufacturing-related quality issues, Pineeon may provide repair guidance, replacement parts, product replacement, credit, or other agreed after-sales solutions.

13. Claims and Returns

Any quality claim must be submitted in writing within the agreed claim period after receipt of goods.

The buyer should provide:

Order number or invoice number
Product model
Quantity affected
Photos or videos showing the issue
Detailed problem description
Testing results if available
Packaging and shipping condition if relevant

Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization from Pineeon.

Customized, OEM/ODM, private-label, opened, used, or buyer-branded products are generally not returnable unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by Pineeon’s manufacturing fault.

14. Distributor Cooperation

Distributor applications are subject to review and approval by Pineeon.

Submission of a distributor application does not automatically grant distributor status, exclusive rights, regional protection, special pricing, or long-term cooperation terms.

Distributor pricing, territory rights, sales targets, marketing support, private-label terms, sample support, and exclusive cooperation must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Pineeon reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate distributor cooperation based on business performance, compliance, communication, payment history, market behavior, or breach of agreement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pineeon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of market opportunity, loss of data, reputational loss, product listing removal, or customer claims caused by buyer-side use, resale, marketing, or regulatory non-compliance.

Pineeon’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific products directly related to the claim, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

16. Privacy and Business Information

Pineeon may collect and process personal and business information submitted through forms, emails, sample requests, distributor applications, inquiries, and business communication.

Such information may be used for:

Responding to inquiries
Preparing quotations
Processing sample requests
Reviewing distributor applications
Arranging orders and shipments
Providing after-sales support
Improving customer service
Business communication

Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may include links to third-party websites, social media platforms, logistics providers, payment services, or business tools.

Pineeon is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies, availability, or accuracy of any third-party websites or services.

18. Force Majeure

Pineeon shall not be responsible for delays, failure to perform, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, labor disputes, government restrictions, customs delays, port congestion, logistics disruption, power outage, cyberattack, supplier delay, raw material shortage, or other force majeure events.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any dispute arising from website use, product purchase, sample request, OEM/ODM cooperation, distributor relationship, or business transaction shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent court or dispute resolution body agreed by both parties in writing. If no separate agreement exists, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

20. Changes to These Terms

Pineeon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of this website or continued business communication with Pineeon after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
